Among the highlights of the Kansas City Urban Film Festival:

Barren, a thriller directed by Jen Greenstreet and written by Talent Unlimited actress Michelle Davidson-Bratcher, examines one woman's desperate desire for a child to call her own. An award-wining television journalist and producer, Davidson says the story for Barren was inspired by real crimes. Davidson won an Emmy for writing, producing, and starring in the comedic web series The Unreal Housewives of Kansas City, and she wears many hats as the writer, producer and star of Barren. It screens Friday, September 3 at 6 p.m.

Talent Unlimited baby models Haylen Craig and Kinley Rockers recently worked with L.A. photographer Valerie Tabor Smith.  The gorgeous images will appear on various greeting cards and calendars.
